Stock Availability
We will try to have numerous sizes and styles available to you. If there is a size or style you cannot find,

Brands we are stocking at the moment are the popular US brands Bumper, Wild Rose, Shully’s Kiss, Miss Me Shoes, Delli Aldo, Qupid Shoes, Couture and many others. We are always looking at increasing our variety of brands.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be purchased upon request. They are valid for 12 months. They are not redeemable for cash. If the voucher has not been spent, we do not give the remainder in cash but we will give you a credit to spend on your next purchase.
When using a gift voucher, please select the cash on delivery in the payment option and the purchase order option. We will then apply your discounts that the voucher has allowed you. Any remainder store credits will be held for you. If there is any money due, we will email you a PayPal Money Request.
All vouchers must be received by Shoe Therapy upon claiming the discount.

Reward Vouchers
Reward vouchers are given away on occasional specials. They are spontaneously sent to you. They are to enhance your shopping experience and to reward you for being our customer.
They are not redeemable for cash. If the voucher has not been spent, we do not give the remainder in cash but we will give you a credit to spend on your next purchase. The voucher is only valid for 6 months. This voucher cannot be used with any other discounts. Please note that it is one voucher per sale per customer per day.

We all know that different brands, may come in different sizes and width’s.
What we have decided to do is label the shoes width by the chart listed below. This code will be placed in the brief description of the shoe.

Delivery
Please allow up to 7 – 10 business days to receive your package.
We deliver via Australia Post. Handbags cost $7.50 via registered post Australia wide. A pair of shoes cost $14.95 registered Australia wide. We deliver to any Australian address including PO Boxes.
Parcels are able to be tracked via the Australia Post website.
A signature is required on all deliveries and therefore someone must be present to accept the package. If not, Australia Post will leave a note and the package will be taken to the nearest post office for later collection by you.
If your parcel hasn't arrived please also check with your local post office as it may be waiting for collection. Parcels are taken to the nearest post office if a signature cannot be obtained on delivery.
NB: For multi orders please select the 'cash on delivery' payment option and the 'purchase order' on the dropdown menu in the delivery field. We will then get you an special price for delivery.

International
We do ship internationally. Please select the 'Cash on Delivery' in the payment option and select the 'Purchase Order' in the delivery option. We will come back to you with a quote.

Payments
Cash on Delivery is strictly for Melbourne pick up only. Once this is selected, we will arrange an appointment with you.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Currently our form of payment for online sales is PayPal. For more information about PayPal, please go to www.paypal.com.au.
Once payments are approved, the items are sent to you.
For Purchase Orders, we will email you a Money Request Order via PayPal.
We do not accept any other forms of payment at the moment.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase decision, please make contact with us to organise the refund or exchange.
You will simply return your unworn shoes or unused product in original packaging within 14 days, together with your receipt and we will gladly provide you with a refund or exchange.
For all online purchases, the 14 day limit only applies to the days in which the shoes were in your possession, therefore eliminating any transit time.
For all pick up purchases, the 14 day limit only applies from the date of purchase on your receipt.
Please note: All refunds will be made via PayPal if they were initially paid via PayPal.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original postage and handling costs. Postage on all returns and exchanges are at your own cost unless specified otherwise (listed below).
If a product is deemed faulty, we will pay for the postage to return the product to us and send you a replacement. If you have purchased the wrong size, we will also pay for the postage to return the product and resend you the right size. Please note that if an error is made upon choosing the wrong size a second time on the same sale, unfortunately, the postage fee will be at your expense.
We recommend you use Australia Post registered or express mail, providing us with a tracker number. We will not be responsible for any lost items.
Please remember that Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and condition as when we sent them. Returns will NOT be accepted otherwise. All returns must be clean, unused, and in re-sellable condition.
Privacy
Shoe Therapy does not release any information from our customers or interested parties to any other organisation.
